Processing Time: Orders for Standard Items are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) & Custom Items: Due to their unique nature, OOAK items may require 5-7 business days for final inspection and packaging before shipment. Custom orders will have their processing time specified in the individual order confirmation.

Shipping Carriers & Methods: We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail. This service provides a balance of speed and value, especially for shipping from Hawaii. For high-value orders or specific addresses, we may utilize other reliable carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to ensure prompt and insured delivery. Available shipping methods and associated costs will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us before purchase at [Your Email Address] to confirm availability and discuss shipping options and costs. The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipment.

Liability for Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your jewelry purchase. Please review our policy carefully, as rules differ for Standard and One-of-a-Kind items.
A. Standard (Bread and Butter) Items

Eligibility: You may return Standard Items that are not custom-made within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Process:

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Mail the package to the return address provided by us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
B. One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) Items

OOAK Return Window: Returns for One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) Items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: The same condition requirements apply: unworn, unused, with original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned OOAK items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspection, repackaging, and the lost marketing opportunity for a singular piece.

Exchanges: OOAK items are unique and cannot be exchanged for an identical item. You may exchange the value for another available item on the website.
3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
